About Brandon Novosad

EDUCATION

Brandon graduated from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2005 where he was awarded the Ohio State Law Merit scholarship and was an Associate Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal. Brandon was also awarded the CALI award for most outstanding student in Election Law.

Prior to law school Brandon attended Ohio State University where he received bachelors degrees in Biochemistry and Political Science.

EXPERIENCE

Before forming Brandon M. Novosad Co. L.P.A. Brandon was a founding partner of Adkins & Novosad, LLP Where Brandon focused diligently on his Criminal and domestic clients.
Brandon has also worked in New York City as a law clerk for Peter Eikenberry. There Brandon wrote briefs and worked on trial preparation in cases before the Supreme Court, the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals and New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division’s First and Second Department.

Brandon’s experience begins at the Ohio Public Defender’s office where he aided in the Public Defender’s class action suit Ankrom v. Hageman.

ASSOCIATIONS

Brandon is admitted to practice in Ohio, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and is associated with the Upper Arlington Chamber of Commerce and AmSpirit.
